Shadow work
I recently was fortunate enough to be on top of a mountain and it was amazing. The light and air was at the purest that I have experienced. As I looked over the mountain tops I saw the shadows that were formed as the light reflected across them and I was reminded how nature always teaches us and if we listen and observe. We are taught to be scared of the shadows but in the shadows there is transformation and healing. By bringing the shadow aspects of ourselves into the light we are able to integrate them and gain inner strength. Meditation is one of the ways to start this journey as it allows you to tune inwards understanding all the aspects of ourselves and embraces our inner child, and connects us with the universe. This is an amazing and empowering experience.
The BEAUTY of a sunset
As the sun comes down to kiss the earth we watch in wonder as day becomes night. This is a powerful time to meditate and set intentions. You can also add a frame drum or buffalo drum in a meditative beat to slow your heart beat down and deepen the experience.
The healing Sounds of nature and sound bowls
Enjoying the summer sunshine with the sounds from our crystal bowls and drumming with the beautiful sounds of nature. The birds loved it and so did we.
