Meditations

Have you wanted to learn and develop ways to meditate, would you like to experience a personal 1:1 meditation or share one with a friend/family member. Mediation quietens the mind, it connects you with your emotions and your intuition. It can also promote relaxation and aid sleep.

  • There are various types of meditation each of them are an amazing experience. Whether you just want to have a one off session or to learn ways to incorporate meditation into your daily life. Would you like to experience meditation to a Buffalo Drum or a sound bath with the use of various sound therapy instruments, all with the aim of using vibrations to deepen your meditation and provide healing. You could also have a meditative guided journey or an immersive visualisation, or to set goals or intentions. Meditation can also be used for past life regression or Astral projection. During your session you will be able to discuss what type of meditation you would like and what outcome or experience you would like from it.

Sound Therapy

For a more intimate session for your mind, body, and soul that incorporates sound therapy with a choice of meditation techniques

  • This can include sound bath with crystal and Tibetan sound bowls and/or frame and shamanic drums and a gong amongst other instruments for deep relaxation and healing. This can be combined with a meditation, or chakra balancing.

  • Sessions will be for one-two hours following a telephone consultation in order to understand your needs.

Reiki Healing sessions and the Reiki Drum Technique

Reiki Healing is available on an individual basis by Gill, Jane or Sonia. Both Usui and Angel Reiki hands on or off available depending on your preference. Just state what you would prefer.

The Reiki Drum Technique uses the sound waves from the drum to introduce Reiki energy more deeply into a client’s energy field to create a deep state of relaxation, (alpha state)  releasing tensions and prompting the body to return to its ideal vibration.  The drum is attuned to and infused with Reiki and with each beat, it’s vibration takes Reiki to where it is needed in the body. If you would like this treatment, then Jane will be able to help you with this.

  • The Reiki Drum Technique incorporates three possible experiences for you to choose from.

    - A Reiki Drum Healing session focusing on the body, mind and spirit with intentional healing used intuitively over your body, with hands on or off before and after

    - The mental/emotional reprogramming technique where the intuitive Reiki Drum treatment is combined with powerful positive affirmations in consultation with the client.

    - A Reiki Drum Journey using visualisation and Reiki drumming to take the client into a deep meditative state to receive personal insight, spiritual guidance and healing.

  • The session will be for 1 hour 15 for the initial session to complete a consultation form. The treatment will be for 1 hour thereafter. Sessions will be arranged over the telephone or via email. The session will normally take place on a Saturday at Harlow Latton Bush Business Centre on a Saturday afternoon or by prior arrangement elsewhere agreed by client and Jane.
