Women’s Sound Bath, drumming and Relaxation Circle

During the session we use sound therapy tools, such as Quartz Crystal & Tibetan sound bowls and hand held drums all aiming to encourage relaxation and healing. This is supported by the use of visualisation meditations.
Meditation and Sound Bath is proven to improve cognitive functioning and promote physical and mental well-being, helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It also rebalances and aligns with the energy of your body and the universe.
Our unique Circle is designed to provide time and space to relax, have fun and enjoy sound as a way to promote your well-being in a safe and supportive way with other likeminded women. If you wish to attend, please bring yoga mat to lie on, a blanket and water if you wish. You can sit in a chair if lying on the floor is difficult.Bring a drum if you have one, but don’t worry as we have spares.

Monthly Reiki drum and sound bath session
Monday 7:30-8:30 pm @ Waltham abbey Baptist church hall 6 Paradise road, en9 1rl
The Reiki Drum technique uses the sound waves from the drum to introduce Reiki energy deeply into your own energy field to create a deep state of relaxation. The sound bath infuses vibrational healing through a variety of sounds using Quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, Tibetan bowls, flutes etc.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any other bolsters that may help and some water. Please arrive 15 mins early to complete registration form and to settle ready for the session.
PLEASE NOTE;
The session is open to all however pregnant women in their first trimester, anyone diagnosed with epilepsy or a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia or psychoses should not consider this session. If you have a heart condition please consult with your GP prior to attending this session.

Sacred drumming, meditation and sound BATH SESSION

Sacred drumming links us to our ancestral traditions of rhythmic sound, healing and connects us to ourselves, each other and the earth. Sacred drumming raises the healing energy within the body and prepares your mind for the meditation and sound bath that follows. The sound bath creates vibrational healing through a variety of sounds using Quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, Tibetan bowls, flutes etc.

Mind, Body and Soul Retreat Days

Mind, body and soul workshops
We invite you to develop your awareness of all things spiritual to feed your mind, body and soul. Our retreat days will include various activities that provide healing and reflection and expand your knowledge about yourself and others. We will hold workshops on how to develop your psychic abilities, you will experience meditations including Astral Travel, meet your Spirit Guides or totem/spirit animal, journeying or as part of a sound bath. You will find total relaxation and release during a cacao ceremony. We will look at different ways of journaling, how to interpret symbols and how to use Oracle and Tarot Cards as a tool for inner work, to meditate and as part of your journaling practice. You will learn the history of Sacred drumming and enjoy learning the techniques for yourself. You will experience a Reiki Druming session. You will discover the divine feminine and divine masculine within you, what Ancestral Healing is and gain an understanding of mediumship. You can chose to attend one or join us for all and experience all the workshops.
