Women’s Drum Circle in Harlow, Essex
1st Wednesday of every month from 7.30-9.30pm
This Circle is for women who are interested in playing a hand drum for the sheer joy of it and to gain the benefits that vibrational healing can give. Playing drums together is a sacred practice from ions ago where our ancestors met to drum, chant and sing. A Drum Circle uses the healing power of the drum’s vibrations to connect with others and themselves and the rhythmic beats of our heart and nature. This is a safe space for expression, to release tension, to receive healing and be supported by others. Drums are provided which include frame drums, buffalo, djembes and tambourines.

Monthly Reiki drum and sound bath session
2nd Monday of every month 7:30-8:30 pm @ Waltham abbey Baptist church hall 6 Paradise road, en9 1rl
The Reiki Drum technique uses the sound waves from a drum to introduce Reiki energy deeply into your own energy field to create a deep state of relaxation. The main drum used in this session includes a large Motherdrum with a deep and penetrative tone that soothes and calms your body by its rhythmic beats creating waves of Reiki energy. The sound bath infuses vibrational healing through a variety of sounds using Quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, Tibetan bowls, flutes etc.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any other bolsters that may help and some water. There will be a few gravity chairs available on a first come, first serve basis or you are welcome to bring your own. Please arrive 15 mins early to complete registration form and to settle ready for the session.

The session is open to all however pregnant women in their first trimester, anyone diagnosed with epilepsy or a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia or psychoses should not consider this session. If you have a heart condition please consult with your GP prior to attending this session.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any other bolsters that may help support you and some water. Please arrive 15 mins early to complete registration form and to settle ready for the session. The hands-0n Reiki is delivered by both Jane and Tracey Rolfe of the Luna Emporium.

Mind, body and soul workshops
We invite you to develop your awareness of all things spiritual to feed your mind, body and soul. Our retreat days will include various activities that provide healing and reflection and expand your knowledge about yourself and others. We will hold workshops on how to develop your psychic abilities, you will experience meditations including Astral Travel, meet your Spirit Guides or totem/spirit animal, journeying or as part of a sound bath. You will find total relaxation and release during a cacao ceremony. We will look at different ways of journaling, how to interpret symbols and how to use Oracle and Tarot Cards as a tool for inner work, to meditate and as part of your journaling practice. You will learn the history of Sacred drumming and enjoy learning the techniques for yourself. You will experience a Reiki Druming session. You will discover the divine feminine and divine masculine within you, what Ancestral Healing is and gain an understanding of mediumship. You can chose to attend one or join us for all and experience all the workshops.
